Hello, my name is Benedikt Fundulus and I am the founder of Fundulus Fitness, your Functional Training expert. I am a certified personal trainer and specialise in Functional Training.
Specifically, I want to support and motivate people to maintain consistency in their training. Functional Training allows you to improve not only your strength, but also your flexibility, balance and endurance. With the help of my experience, I will put together a personalised training plan for you. This will not only get you to your goals, but it will also be fun at the same time.
I'll show you how to do the exercises correctly and together we'll work out how you can integrate them into your everyday life. I'll help you build motivation and get the best out of yourself. This will change your lifestyle for the long term and improve your health and well-being.
I'm looking forward to defining your goals with you soon and doing your first workout together. Every start is difficult, but I will help you not only to get off to a successful start, but also to maintain the fun and success of fitness training at all times.
What is Functional Training?
This form of training is characterised by the fact that it trains movement sequences rather than individual muscles. Every movement in everyday life uses several muscle groups. In addition to improving performance, the aim of the training is to focus on the body as a whole. The exercises aim to build up the strength in the body evenly and thus prevent injuries.

My free initial consultation offers you the opportunity to get to know me personally and discuss your goals, needs and expectations. I understand that every individual and has different goals.

During this free consultation we will:

4. Provide an overview of my personal training services and offerings.

The initial consultation is completely non-binding and free of charge. It doesn't commit you to anything. It's simply so that we can get to know each other and find out whether it makes sense for both of us to work together.
